Does anybody know what the spring rate is on Skyjacker D25 coil springs ? From what I'm hearing that the D25 have less spring pressure then stock. They give you a better ride but they start sagging in about 18 months on the 2003's. I'm thinking of getting some customs with 2" lift made with a little more spring pressure then stock. Stock are supposed to be around 460-480 lbs for spring rate. Thanks guys.

Not sure where you got your information, but I have never heard of anything bad related to the Skyjacker front coil springs. I personally think they do have a lower rate, which will give a better then stock ride, but I haven't heard of any problems.

I talked to two guys with them on the 2003's and they both said they sagged about 3/4" after about a 1 1/2 yr. I know they work good on the 2nd generations but I need more info with people that have had them for 18 months or so on a 3rd gen truck. Thanks

On my '03. 5 I have had them on the truck for 18 mo. and they have sagged about an inch. I might have caused them to sag though, I was carrying a 1000 lb plow on it when I put them in.

I have had mine on for 3 years now. I have not had any sag issues, They measure within a 1/4 of an inch from when they were first installed and the ranchhand was installed prior to the springs so they have been carrying the weight of it this whole time also.
