I ordered these things Thursday,How are you guys measuring the difference from front to rear? If I measure under the wheel well lip to ground the rear is 3"higher than front but when you eyeball the truck it looks level... . the only reason Im looking into these is because the 315's are starting to rub a liitle on sharp turns... .....

If your tires are rubbing the control arm, the D-25's won't solve your problem. You'll need a less backspaced wheel to cure that, but then the tire will rub the fender when at lock, so you'll need another lift to avoid that, taller suspension-lift, or body-lift.

Or install some steering stops, but they do limit your turnig radius a bit.

Springs

With the springs alone you will get more rub on the rear of fender well. It will bring your axle back approx 1/2-1" You will need longer Links, at least 1/2" As mentioned also your BS on your wheels will make a difference. Good luck... ...

Just a note, when I had only level kit there was no way my 35 would fit without rear fender rub. When I put the new links, wheels and springs I have just enough room now, but still get slight rub on driver side.

What links? Im confused... .

Wow you are running 315's with no lift and they don't rub too bad. I have seen them on newer trucks with the inverted T steering as the seem to sit a touch taller but never on an older truck.

Do you have any pics of your truck with the 315's?

No pics but if I get a chance Ill take some this weekend and post them... ... yeh they only rub lock to lock, very little, but its anoying hearing it everytime I make a sharp turn... ... ... Rick

I took some pics but it figures my ISP server is down so I cant get to my web space page... .....

Nice Truck! I'm surprised they don't fill the wheel well as much as I though they would with no lift.

Thanks.
