DBF, the stance looks a lot better! does it "jar" any harder when you hit a bump or pot hole?

That makes me want to get out and do mine. I have a set of new springs in the garage, just been putting off getting them installed. I need to do the whole front end when I do it.

You're right - I like the stance a lot more.

Jar any harder?

I won't say it "jars" you any harder, but you are more aware of the texture of the road; you feel all the little bumps that you just blasted thru before. When I was looking at these springs, I found the compressability factor was the same for 7226 and 7226S, so I thought the ride would be about the same. I'm surprised that it's stiffer.

Maybe you'd want to put in "tunable" shock absorbers so you could try adjusting them after the spring installation. I kept my not-very-old Monroes.

Still not as bad as a stiff W250 that someone called a ***-stretcher a while back.

My wife noticed it immediately, though. :) She also said a bad word when she kicked the entry step because it's higher.

Stan,

Quit putting it off! DO IT!!

LOL

Carl, Sometimes it just takes me awhile to get going on some stuff. :)

Just a procrastinator I suppose. Still have not finished the second pyro installation, got the probe in and wires pulled inside the cab but have not got the gauge hooked up yet. Also a couple of other items to do that have not been started yet.

That does sit nicer. . Hey you should look into that door hinge thread, Looks like your door is sagging a bit. . Maybe it's just not closed all the way on the "after " shot

Yeah, I didn't discover that until I'd posted the pictures - the door wasn't fully latched.

Thanks, DBF
