dads 04 is in

got the 04 and they forgot the heated leather seats the truck has a bad tire or hanging brake pad. i get a rumrumrumrum sound out of the tire it sounds like. got bad vibration in the steering wheel. he doesnt have the knocking sound in his engine that i have. i am almost fully convinced i have a piston put in backwards! truck rides great!



once again these dealers are f&*%ing stupid. if i ran my business this way i would be out of business.

Bummer Cat about the seats. Did he order a Laramie and they forgot to check "laramie" on the order sheet? You couldn't get heated seats on the '03s unless you went Laramie but maybe they changed that for '04?



What sort of vibration? The buzzing feeling through the steering wheel around 70mph (which is engine) or through the chassis (driveline or front driveshaft) or shudder/shaking (tire)?

Dad told the sales person he wanted everything you can get in one. i was there and told our sales person "make sure that he has the heated seats"



walk out price with bedliner and chrome steps was $38299 that is a black 4x4 2500 quadcab short bed with everything except heated seats







i drove the truck away from the dealer and went to turn on the heated seats and low and behold no button. i turned around and told them this is not the truck we wanted and that i was leaving it with them. called my dad and he said bring it home dealer wins again.



the vibration is the same as all of the other trucks i am convinced that every truck has the vibration. every new dodge i have driven or heard of has this vibration starting at 2000rpms going to 2300.



oh well he loves the truck and so does my mom so that is all i care about.



the auto take all of the balls out of the cummins. now i am really glad i got the 6 speed
