Well, I've had the wind problem w/ side winds coming thru the drivers door on the freeway, I can deal w/ that... CRANK the stereo :D . Then going over the pass 2 wks. ago, it was snowing hard, and water leaked into the cab  . So last week the dealer replaced the weather stripping on both front doors w/ some thicker stripping. (They also noticed another prob. Sometimes the shifter will stay stuck in park. ) They ordered me a new part since that one was broken.

Cruising down the road the other day @ 100+ mph  the driver door started shaking and fluttering, letting the wind in. I've heard on a post, a guy mentioning tugging on the door to bend it to fix this problem. The truck is going to the dealer to fix the shifter tomorrow should I just have them readjust it instead?

You checked that the hinges are tight?

Maybe the wierd, no gutter, wraparound door design pulls it out at high speed? (looks nice but not very functional IMO)

I'm convinced there isn't much you can do... these doors are weak, and with enough cross wind, the door flexes outward... . you can lean your elbow on the window rest, and push a little bit and move the door a good 1/2 inch. Hinge areas are junk. Even when they are tight, the material they are tightened to, flexes...

As for bending the door, it's a sure way to screw up the body line. Right now my door is perfect with all the mating parts... if it's bent inward, it's not going to match anymore... if that's imporatant.

Structuraly, the door just isn't there... . they need more inner reinforcement.
