Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Damn Transmission!!!

Ok here goes I had my transmission rebuilt a wile back and it was working just fine untill I brought it back to the place because it was not fully engaging in 1st gear when I would take off from a dead stop, unless I manually put it in first gear. He said it had to do with the line pressures and he adjusted the TV cable. Now something else it is doing is when I put in drive it will first partially engage then fully engage in 1st gear. Now I know thats not normal but my question is a two part one:



1. What would cause that dubble pumping engagement problem??



2. The truck will now not shift into OD untill 50mph and I wanna know how to adjust the TV cable to get it to shift at 45mph or so???
