I don't have the part numbers but NAPA carries them.
The difficulty level depends on you mechanical ability.
The wheel bearing/rotor assemblys have to be removed.
The axles have to be removed (just the outer on the passenger side)(good time to replace the axle u-joints and if the ball joints are showing signs of wear this is a good time to replace them also).
The seal for the passenger side is in the outboard side of the CAD housing.
To access the seal on the drivers side, you have to remove the ring gear carrier.
Other than all the stuff that has to be removed they are just a couple of whimpy little oil seals. Easy as pie to change, I built an installer out of a hunk of 1/2" all-thread, couple of nuts and two pieces of steel (turned one piece in the lathe to a few thousands smaller than the seal with a step in it for the seal the set on and so it would stay aligned). It helps, on the passenger side, to have a helper slowly tighten the nut to pull seal in place while you tap on the installer behind the seal. Hope I haven't confused this to much.

Sorry about quality of the drawing it was quick and dirty.
