Dana to offer axles aftermarket

Just got this in the mail today,



Dana will offer 30,44,60,70 and 80 model complete universal crated axles to the aftermarket. Oo. Both drive and steer.



This could turn into a very good thing.



You vendors need to jump on this if you do 4X4 fab or replacement work.

This is a good thing. It might help drop the price of genuine Dana parts. I just finished a 98 Dodge D-70 rebuild, parts were $906, after market parts would be about 2/3 that amount but at the cost of a more difficult and time consuming repair. They are a major pain to work on but an awesome axle. For rebuild purposes, give me a Ford 9 inch or 14 bolt Chevy
