dancing oil pressure gauge

Since I bought the truck and driving home from Pa, the oil pressure gauge at de-celeration and at stops and just drops right off, it still stays in the blue/gray range but concerned as to why it just drops off.

It's a make-believe gauge. I'd explain it in more detail, but a search will do you better.



Pretty much it's RPM and Water Temp Based, as long as the engine has more than 6PSI the ECM calculates where the gauge should be...

Wouldn't it have been less work to just put a freaking really pressure gauge in there?
