WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DASH TO INSTALL IN A 99. I DON'T MUCH CARE FOR THE OVER LAYS SO A JUNK YARD DASH IN GOOD SHAPE

WILL DO. BUT HOW HARD IS THE INSTALL:rolleyes:
 
If you are planning to install the entire dash assembly, it's a weekend job. Look at posts dealing with replacing the heater core or air conditioning evaporator. It'll be the same job. I've done it, and it was no fun. But also it was worth doing.

That depends on your skill level. I do them quite often,to me I say they are simple-to some one that walks by they usually say something like oh s@@t!

After you have done it come back and tell us how it was for you.

I don't like the over lays if you ever need to do ac work a overlay would be a pain in the ---

so I will do it rite even if it's a tuff job i'm looking for some tricks to make it easer on me
