Dash Light Bulb Covers?

Ok, I have torn my dash apart 2 times in the last month to replace brunt out bulbs and now I have a bulb cover that is burned a little. With it being burned the plastic shrank and now it won't stay on the bulb. Does anyone know where to get these bulb covers? I wonder if it was a dealer only item. I can not find them at the auto part stores. I haven't checked the junk yards yet, I am saving that as a last resort. Any help would be great.

Radio Shack used to carry those things in various colors.

A good paint pen or magic marker will color those bulbs permanently and won't fall off.
