Dash Protection?

Any opinions on Dashmat original, Velourmat or Ultimat?

Red has an agate interior. Our wheels seem to reflect everything placed on the dash. Which 'material' reflects the least? Looking at smoke as the color.

I have had the Ultimat for 2 years now. It looks as good as the day I bought it. It fits the contours of the dash well. I'm glad I got it. No reflection problems at all.

Not having to Armorall the dash every other week is nice. Once every 3 months just remove it and shake it like a rug.

I think Dashmat makes the Ultimat?. Its Dashmat's highest quality mat.

Your right, Hemi. The products listed are the three variations from Dashmat. I am looking at the Ultimat. I believe on another site someone returned their unit mostly because it reflected too much. What color are you using Hemi?

I have the Ultimat. Fits so well I never put the velcro on. I got the lighter grey to minimise reflections in the window.

Dane. . are you suggesting that the black or another color will reflect ?? I too am looking at a dash cover. . thanks Gary

Getting more a case of CRS as I get older, but I believe the Unimat that I said I saw posted -RV site,I think- was a Velourmat. It seems they felt the Velour was a little too shinny causing more reflection in the window than they wanted. As you know, windshield angle and dash angles are the major factors. I don't know what vehicle they were using.

At least when a comment is made here, you have a good idea what the wheels look like #ad

I have a dark blue one like in the picture. It a cut-pile type carpeting.

Those Velour dash mats look nice too. Try to get more info on those. More of a smoother material.
