Hey y'all. . How do you take the dash apart to install an aftermarket stereo?? I just bought my new toy, and need to BOMB the stereo while the motor upgrades are on the way!!!

Thanks!

There is a screw behind the bag hook on the passenger side of the cup holders. Once that screw is out gently tug on the hook and the cubby and the trim around the stereo is going to come off. Then the 4 screws that hold the radio are accessable

I've pulled my dash many times. After the first time its a breeze. Do a search on "dash removal". I wrote a procedure in there, among many good ones from other members. One important thing to remember is that the antenna connection on the Dodge is not standard. You will need to buy adaptors, and you must be very careful pulling the antenna lead out of the radio, it's tight. Be sure to grab the black plastic plug housing when removing. If you yank on the cable you can pull the coax out of the connector.
