2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Dash vents

Dash vents don't work on my '97 3500 every other setting works. This leads me to believe that the vacuum servo that opens the vent door is not working. How much of a job is to change out this servo??

The vacuum servo was the problem. I took me about 15min. to get to it by removing the lower part of the dash under the steering wheel and a couple of steel support brakets under the dash. Cost for a new one $47and change. Easy fix.
