Ever since the trip to Alaska in 02 every chuckhole feals and sounds like the dashbord is coming apart. I have 10 ply michelins and try to keep them inflated to accomodate the load and when running bare lower pressure to 45. Everything works fine on the 93 D 250 that just went over he 100,000 mark.

Oh, The chintsy fuse panel whould be replaced soon. Perhaps I should go under and torque every screw, nut and bold to original specs? So darn busy remodeling our housefsor the last year and one half that priority has not come to the top of the heap. Would apreciate any suggestiona :p :) hmickelson

About all I can offer is comonality and sympathy. The road past Dawson Creek is a little rough to say the least. But it was worth the effort. If whoever designed the fuse panel and location had them in a location I am thinking of, I would be pleased.

I had a screw fall out from some place and it droped into the lighter socket that I use for a phone charger. Shorted the fuse and left me with no charging.

Probably a good idea to do them all at one time, as you mention.

The best I can offer is that it won't litterally fall in you lap. Just noisy.

I used a folded up gum wrapper on my old 86, so far the 93 has been quiet.

Thank You all for the coments. Eventually will tighten everything and may resort to the paint stirrer or gum wrapper. On the old mercedes the wood panelling would flop out saso take q tip with a bit of super glue on it under the wood press on it and pull out the stem of the q tip. Ola, to get it off use a screw drdiver and gently pry under it dn the super glue snaps off/
