Well I tried to read the whole thing, but it didn't happen. I got real confused on what exactly the Plaintiff won, if anything, and what he did not win, again if anything. Did not appear to be an aftermarket denial, but improper DC repair in question. But then like I said I got very confused.

It boiled down to he won the case, the jury was instructed not to give an amount equal to a new truck but to use the value of his truck at the time, he won some of the court costs but no all due to his suing on multiple fronts, i. e. he sued over the payments and repo of the truck which was a different action from the suit over the denied warranty repairs yet some how combined.
