Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) DD stage 4 injector pump.

I would like to hear feed back from any one who has gone to the Diesel Dynamics upgraded P7100 pump. I know about how much fuel it puts out but I want to know how they are in normal driving, idleing, cruising at highway speed etc.
