Archived Dead 2003 with a p2121 code

my friend has a dead 2003, 2500 auto stock truck and the only code is a APPS P2121. I am going over there tomorrow with my AutoEngiuity software (I do have the advanced dodge module) and do a better scan. Can a APPs cause a no start problem? or what else should I look for?

I don't think so. I think it can keep it from accelerating but not starting. But could be wrong. I would look at fuel related items like fuel pump, cp3, injectors,pressure relief valve.
