Pulling 5th wheel trailer to Alberta, truck suddenly quit going up hill. Won't start, scanned a code 0. PCM fuses ok same time this happened rear outside dual went flat, pop, rapid deceleration , lightening icon on plus everything else (warning lights)

What was used to read codes?
And does the lift pump run?
Does it crank?

Lots of question, need more input what happened after it quits.

If it cranks but won't start and lift pump wires got damaged it should set a lift pump circuit code. Need more info.
