Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Dead Lift Pump (My lucky day?)

Well after 90,000 miles the lift pump finally gave up today. I had just got to town to get a new wind shield put in. I pulled into the parking lot and shut it down and saw the guy coming out to pull it in so I started it back up and you guessed it. DEAD! Heres were my lucky day started. The wife and kids were there because it was wind shield day for three of us. So we went straight to the Dodge dealer that just happened to be down the street but to no avail. They and everyone else was closed, and being on the begining of a holliday weekend it didn't look good. I remembered a friend of mine was selling his 98' and had told me he had a extra lift pump. Well 45 min later I was under the hood with tools, lift pump and some instructions that I had copied from a thread here on TDR. In about 45 min later I was back on the road! I just want to thank Russ and you folks out there for all the info. So once again, I say it was my lucky day.
