Archived Dead truck after Smarty setting change

I wanted to take a buddy for a better ride so I was updating my truck from 60 HP to 170 HP on an 04. 5. I update, pull the Smarty off, and get ready to fire up. Not it seems like th Sentry key is wrong, (truck runs for 2 seconds then dies) and when I try to update again with the Smarty, it says it's VEN locked. I've tried disconnecting the battery's but no luck. Any help is appreciated.
