Well,i got a call today from another driver on his way home by our plant today and asked if i had saw what had happened down the street. No--- "whats up"?. Well folks i do have some sympathy for a local Dodge dealer today. We have a old RV building with a large storage lot that the one of the Dodge dealers as well as a few other dealers use to store their new arrivals if their current on site facility is to full. Someone decided to help themselves to the Dodge diesel pickups tires/hoods and a few more goodies---(ONLY HIT THE DODGE PICKUPS) about 1/2 dozen vehicles were hit, some with smashed windows too :{ . They took the tires and dropped the vehicles on their axles/rotors so definitely be some damage    . I wonder what the cost will be for the cleanup/replacement etc. The guy wanted to know if i had a garage full of parts----"i do" but there from my own truck after all the mods i"v done and their paid for too. Makes me wonder how people can sleep at night,i would rather work for it than steel it,than i know it rightfully mine. Just some rant/info members---later DW.

When I bought my '02, and got it home, I discovered there was no spare tire - seems thieves had come in to the dealer's lot a few nights earlier and swiped spare tires and wheels off 4 new trucks - mine was one of them. I got a new spare and wheel, no problem...

Last January when we bought my wife's Charger R/T, the one we really wanted was retrieved via dealer exchange on a Friday. Over the weekend some yahoos broke into the dealer and grabbed a bunch of keys and proceeded to take joy rides. One such joy ride was in our new Charger R/T. Needless to say we found another Charger R/T for the dealer exchange, and we didn't take delivery on the first one. Too bad to, it had a few options I really wanted.

Fortunately they did catch these future Darwin Award candidates. When they had enough fun for the night, they pulled into their apartment (just a mile from the dealership and on the same road), and went to bed. The stolen vehicles were in the apartment parking lot in plain sight from the road. One of the kids admitted to the cops that he did 140mph Charger R/T.

I waited eight months for delivery of my '95. When it arrived at the dealer the dash had been wrecked by thieves who took the radio.
