well guys i took truck to stealer for some minor problems for warranty is up. I tell the service writer that my truck has a noise when driving slow 5mph. Sounds like something is loose on front end. Well i go get a cup of coffee and then i see a young kid get in my truck and haul a-- out of the lot and scream through the gears down the road, about 5 min later here comes my truck flying back in lot. Well i just about lost it. I am not high strung but i could not hold back i met the kid at the door and then i met with the service manager, i asking them both what the h-ll did tha think they were doing,i came very close to losing it let me tell ya. The kid service tech saw the guages etc and just lost it, boy i am P. O. Just a thought i maybe should have taken guages off pillar, custom tires wheels, shocks, etc. power mods, backup lights, custom tip, thanks guys had to get this off my chest. Will never go back to those ######### idiots... ... ...

Sounds like the typical "5" screw dealership.

Probably came back and said "nothing is wrong"

or "we've never had one do that before".

Shop BOYS

When I got my new truck I traded in my 96 diesel. A week later I went back to see about some small warranty work and seen this shop BOY get in me old truck and he started the truck and redlined the thing cold and unloaded and kept doing it untill I start to hear a knocking sound and see smoke rolling out the tail pipe. Well I go inside and the KID comes in and tells his boss the truck needs to go to Cummins. I NEVER had any trouble with this truck. Long story short he burnt the #6 cylinder.

I cancled my apointment and told them NONE of the shop BOYS will ever drive my new truck.

I know how you guys feel:mad:  I'm dealing with that fine 5 screw service right now, when (if) I ever buy another new truck one real turnoff about another Dodge would be the cruddy service I've recieved on my 98 and now on my 01. DC better wake up or eventually there won't be anyone left to come back. Totally opposite experience with my wifes Toyota, they are always busting their rears to make sure your totally happy with your rig at all times.
