Does anyone have positive experiences with dealers in Arizona? If so let me know-I would rather build on your positives than shoot crap. Besides I enjoy a good referal system, once it is built up it is not cost effective for them to take advantage of us.

thanks John

I bought my 98. 5 from Bill Luke Dodge at I17 and Camelback. The sales dude is gone but the service dept. is A1 and Cheryl Stevens is a great, super service advisor driving one of our trucks herself. (Rodeo lady)

Also, just had dealing with Bill Foley at Lou Grubb Dodge, I17 and Bell, who is the Internet Sales Mgr. . They have a couple of 2003's including a black DRW HO with 6 spd. he called me about yesterday. PM me and I'll give you his email if interested.

I bought from Lou Grubb also and have been pleased. They've taken pretty good care of me. I wouldn't take a free truck from Larry Miller though. Horrible customer service and extremely rude sales manager.

I would have to say anyone at Chapman Dodge in Tempe or Rob Shriener at Ed Moses in Scottsdale would be the best to deal with for a purchase.

Chapman's service has been exemplary.

Bill Luke service ( 2 visits / 2 years ) was good, clean, fast and correct diagnosis and repair each time. Never shopped there though.

Performance Dodge :{ "You mean there's other dealers in this town?" "The new dodge has quieter glow-plugs"

Lou Grub Dodge ( Autonation ) No Dicker pricing means $500 over invoice, don't ask for more, $250 Doc fees plus they charge $350 for "required" glass etching

Earnhardt Dodge :( Shark Tank! Run for your life! You can get a good deal but the pace is fast, like a car-lot.

These are just my opinions based on my experiences, I have purchased or shopped from all of these dealers above. Only two of the negatives were business plan related, the last negative may have been better if the salesperson that followed me around wasn't so creepy. Another negative was deleted because I would probably be arrested for saying what I think.

Anderson Dodge

Have been very happy with Anderson Dodge here in Lake Havasu City.

1. Sells trucks for $1. 00 over invoice.

2. Good diesel tech who knows his stuff and listens.

3. No hassel warranty work.

4. Will sell you and install a Power Puck and not void your warranty so I have been told.

5. Can go into shop and actually talk with tech.

6. Got a question - they will even go for a ride with you.

Would I buy from them again - yup sure would. Pleased with their service - about a good as dealer service gets I guess.

had a great experience at Oxendale in Cottonwood. They bent over backwards to find me the truck I wanted, and the price was far better than I couild have done in metro Phx.

I have bought three Dodges from Tempe dodge. The latest being a 2002 Dakota. Previous purchases a 1500 96 gasser and the 2500 Short Bed Cummins. Very satisfied with the buying experience, would not even think about that Earnhardt tank ( going there will let you get a feeling of how the Jews felt in Nazi germany just before the gas chamber).

I can't speak for the sales department but the service at Bill Breck Dodge in Tucson is first rate. They took care of several problems for me during warranty and one out of warranty. Each time it was fixed right.
