Dealers/Repairs in Albany, Oregon ?

What can anyone tell me about the service depts of either of these two Dodge dealers in/near Albany, Oregon ? I need to take the truck in for 140,000 mile maintenance and it would be convenient to do in on-the-road during the first part of our Christmas trip. I've tried Lithia Dodge in Oregon, and won't go back.

Don't know about Wilson Motors, but Mark Thomas was good. My son in law had his 2006 TD truck break down here and I would have sworn it was the fuel pump or worse. It turned out to be bad fuel and they cleaned the tank and system for about $250, could have easily sold him another pump, claimed the injectors were bad, but didn't. Tom

It's ~65 miles further north than Albany/Corvallis, and just off I-205 at Portland. Do a search on here, and bet you'll not find one complaint about his shop/service/prices. All they do is light truck diesel.

I'd go to one of the local truck shops before either of those dealers. I bought my last truck from Roberson Dodge in Lebanon to get away from Wilson.

I had warrantee work done there once. I was pleased with it. That's worth something since I typically do all my own work and don't let other people work on my truck.



Roberson has gone through some changes since then however. The dodge lot shut down and merged with the Ford lot. Honestly, I don't know what's going on over there anymore.

I have had work done at Lithia but the key is to only let Marv work on your truck. Our UPS driver also has great thing to say about Marv! He take great pride in his work and knows what he is doing. My boss also has had work done by him and was very happy!
