dealerships for air bag recall

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good Massachusetts dealership to use for the air bag recall on my 2005 2500? Have not had good luck with a couple of the local ones. They talk down to you like you know nothing and look at you like you have three heads when you tell them you have worked on or modified your own truck. One performed the stupid out of park alarm without explaining what it was and now I'm forever stuck with that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I went to my local diesel shop, not a dealer a month or so ago. He acquired both driver and passenger air bags for less than $75 and the whole thing was completed quickly and inexpensively. I like not going to a dealer. Never had much luck with them.

My experience with Acton Ram has been most unpleasant. The airbag recall was uneventful but the pinion nut took many days as they didn’t have the tools. Now I have a whine from the rear end.

make sure they don't flash your computer, else the horn will blow when you have an open door and drop into gear. very annoying.

I finally took a chance and went to Harr in Worcester, Ma. where I bought it new. They were very nice,didn't do anything I did not want done, and did a nice neat job taking care of the airbag recall. It's a relief to finally get it done. I really like Maine and do get up there very occasionally. When I used to do owner-operator stuff, I bought my Western Star up in Bangor. I love Dysarts Truck Stop there, it's awesome. Thanks for the reply but I'm all set now.
