I don't do FB either but the link worked. It was a 4 gen that was set off. It's sad that it happens when the conditions are perfect. It's a fact of life with straight front axle vehicles. It's so violent that it will damage the entire vehicle when allowed to go on like in that video. In that guys case, who knows what happened? Perhaps a bad curb shot? Some hard off roading? But one things for certain- somethings loose in that vehicle.

Usually what will set off DW is this- at about 50 mph, strike a lane wide joint that is short and deep. Perhaps something like an expansion joint that resembles a single rail road track that's not perpendicular to your travel- maybe a 20deg angle from perp. Something that'll jar the steering like a 1-2 punch. You can almost guarantee it.

That is not steering nor even something loose, that is tires or shock causing the front end to oscillate on the track bar pivot. No telling what has been done to it after it was bought, quite frequently the truck is driven to the tire shop where new rims, leveling kit, and the wrong tires installed. Not enough info to tell what is causing it.
