Archived death wobble

I have purchased every part that genos garage sells that is supposed to fix the death wobble -BD steering box stabilizer, BD adjustable track bar kit, bilstein steering damper, lukes link bushings, maxx links sway bar links, Borgenson steering box/ and supplied pitman arm, Borgenson steering shaft, then aligned. The death wobble is now WORSE than before. This is a commercial truck and is undrivable and costing me $$$$$$. Any info will help.

Ball joints, unit bearings or tires would be my guess!, or a loose bolt

Recheck your tire balance. Hover over the guy and make sure it's zero'd out and that the tire appears round with no high spots.



I took mine in for a rotation and rebalance and developed dw immediately after on the freeway. Upon returning a different tire tech found all to be off by as much as 4 ozs.
