:) The death wobble is finally gone! I replaced my "Moog" track bar with a LINDSTAD adjustable track bar. Feels tight and straight. They charged me $125 for the track bar and $50 for the core. I had to buy a whole track bar because the Moog bar has an over-sized end that the kits won't fit.

Now i need a new steering stablizer and the DSS to completely fix my trucks steering woohs. Though my old track bar was so badly shot that just this fix makes it feel like a new truck.

Man I wanna see that BAR! DT is off my list at the moment as they just refuse to sell me something. and I am waay open to options. Maybee one night we can hook up?

From what I read, it looks like that's a replacement end for the stock unit. Now, my 94 truck has the wicked death wobble as well. Just did all the front ball joints, put on a new Moog track bar and new drag link (both sides). It STILL does it, bad!

Now, Tuesday I'll have new Rancho RS9000X's up front and a new Rancho RS dampener shock too. Also adding new sway bar end links... the existing ones are pretty shot.

Got a brand new set of Big O's on it as well.

Any ideas of what else causes this?

Alignment and loose tie rod ends/trac bar are usually the biggest cause. Out of balance tires, loose ball joints and worn pivot bushings can also influence it. Tires, shocks and (especially) a new steering damper may affect the wobble but adding castor will make it more difficult to happen in the first place.

Do a search, the Dodge alignment specs are too wide.

Hey guys, sorry for the late reply. I haven't been able to sit down at my computer until now, been real busy.

Those guys at Lindstad make a real nice product. And their customer service was excellent. Really cool and helpful over the phone and shipment was only a few days. And for Keith, yes its a replacement end for the stock unit. But it won't fit the Moog's over sized end.

Tool Man, You should be happy with their customet service, seeing that they will "answer" the phone when you call. We can definitely hook up one night. I am working in Waterford this coming week, which is nowhere near Stratford, but I am not apposed to driving somewhere to meet you. Get back to me with a date thats good for you.
