It is my understanding that only the chassis-cab trucks come with a DEF filter.
Anywhere a $130k+ rig fuels up is just fine for my little RAM 3500.That's interesting. So if those trucks have a filter, that means filtration could be an issue...and we don't have one. Hmm. I suspect they assume most non-commercial owners fill up out of a sealed container, and not a questionable DEF source at a questionable fuel station.

I've been through 228.501 gallons / $685.69 worth of DEF over the last 149,804 miles. Only 25 gallons of that total came from 2.5 gallon jugs; the remainder was bulk at the pump. No issues at all with bulk DEF......If you look around hard enough----there's more than one story where some turd bought DEF at WalMart, replaced it with water, then returned it to WalMart for a full refund......even with a re-glued seal on the jug.
