defrost vent tsb

Those of you who wave had you heater defroster fixed under the tsb, have you had to pay for it. My dealer says that It's going to cost me.

Its covered under the 3/36. Now the SERVICE MANAGER can approve it with or without a deductable as a KNOWN problem if he's a nice guy. If not call D. C. and ask for assistance 18009921997

Like what DP said as long as the 3/36 is still good it's a freebie or depends on the service manager over the 3/36. Mine was done a little over a year a go under warranty. They kept the truck two days and said the dash had to be removed. So far it has worked flawless (knock on wood) ever since the repair. Also must had a pretty caring tech working on it because I have no weird noises or rattles coming from the dash area like I feared before the repair.
