Defrosters??

Anyone else have this problem?...

In my '04. 5, I have had a hard time directing the air flow through the defrost vents. It will send the air flow through the regular vents when set on defrost and only after turning it back and forth from vent to defrost several times, will the air flow through the defrost vents... sometimes. Is it possible that the director door is sticking in the vent system? If there is such an animal, can it be serviced easily? Any and all help greatly appreciated!!

How many miles do you have on your truck? It's $700 if your out of warranty. Do a search, this topic has been beat to desth.
