Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Defueling?

I bumped my timing yesterday to about 16* and was wondering if it would start to defuel later? my truck still has stock gov springs. thanks in advance!!

You need to fill out your sig so we know what year etc your truck is. Defueling is RPM based so timeing won't really affect it very much.
