Delayed wiper relay

Would anyone happen to have a source for the relay that controlls the time delay for the wipers?

My search skills are coming up short.

2004 3500 quad cab.

There is no relay. The system is, Multifunction switch, FCM, wiper motor.
In your case, if everything works fine except for the delay it is more then likely the Multi Function switch that needs replacement.
Which is quite easy to do, steering wheel does not have to come off for this.
