Would it be required for better results to install delivery valves along with 215 injectors on a 160 HP pump, or would i do just fine with just the injectors? Can I expect to get about the same results in MPG as I would with the 160's? I'm told the 215's give a better spray pattern.

If I were to do the 215's I would try it with your DV's then if that didn't work good enough you could get a set of 181's that someone had laying around or buy a set of 191's, 191's are essential with 370's but I doubt it with 215's. Your mileage should be about the same but you will definately need Governor springs, heck all 160 pumps need them.

If you need to use the delivery valves, the indication will be a roughness around 1,400 RPM up to 1,600 or so (or higher). The 160 hp trucks come with 131 dv's. Like mentioned above, find a set of 181's. I got a set cheap from Piers or Joe D. (like everything else).

Ditto on the 3K RPM kit. The 3 biggerst improvements I made were a torque convertor, injectors and the 3K RPM kit. I couldn't even tell the difference that the TST #4 plate made with the stock RPM and torque convertor.

Thank You everyone;) I think I'll try the 215's first. Also being that Ive not set my #5 250 hp plate in the stock position, should I be shy about it and bumb it up a little at a time or go ahead and put in stock position. What kind of HP can I expect?
