Denver Truckfest

Just a reminder: This Saturday and Sunday, there will be diesel drag racing at Bandimere as well as sled pulling. It is the 19th and 20th. This is the biggest truck event in the nation.

It was awesome! I was there watching both days. Today (Sunday) was an awesome site seeing probably 100 trucks lined up to race! I was disappointed to see no sled pulls. And, could have been a little bit cooler!



But, I was like a kid in a candy shop looking at all the awesome trucks!

Great day today. Lots of trucks. Jimmy Smith ran a 9. 81 in THIIIIIINNNNNNNN air. The truck pulls were yesterday, down the hill a ways. Clint Cannon (sp?) from ATS won the street class, and Big Bad Dodge come all the way from Cali to put on a great show and take the mod class.



Scott (both of ya Bentz and Vorheese sp?) it was nice to meet both of you guys.

ah man, as we were leaving we saw something going on in that lower lot, I had no idea it was the pulls! grrrrr. How is it we couldn't hear them from above though??
