No go for me as I've got a BBQ cookoff that weekend. But I figured some of you other guys might want to go out there and make a little smoke.

I've never been to one of these deals, I live in Lewisville so that's not a problem. What's the scoop? I've had a bike on a dyno, but never my truck, how does this event work?

That would put it in a sheet Jeff. Pay your money and get in line to see who has the most horse power. Usually the ford's fall short just a little.

How far from Anna is Lewisville? Anyone know, and for reference, Anna is about 40 miles north of Dallas.



And is anyone gonna be in Dallas this coming weekend? Anything fun happening?

Anna is off of 75 isn't it? Lewisville is at Hwy 121 and 35E, the dyno deal is off of 121 East toward The Colony.

I am going in for knee surgery here in about 20 min, but I expect to be re-cooped by then... I am IN!!! gonna lay down the most smoke, at least for a single turbo truck. . Count me in. I will be there.

Chris,

You might want to rethink that quote. DonM 's truck puts out more smoke than I have ever seen on any singled truck. Hopefully his truck will be at the meet. I know he is going to MM, to run it. If nothing breaks he will be there.

now chris I have just found out that ANYONE can smoke with a 215 pump my turbo is gonna be in tomarrow (finally I can;t wait) now I have to decide on a tractor pull in SA or a dyno in Dallas HUMM

I will arrive early in the morning, to do my normal routine. Pop out a lawn chair, kick back, wait, watch the dyno, get on, lay down some #'s, then drink beer the rest of the time. Will you be coming from College Station?

Possibly, unless I drive up that Friday night and then I would be coming from Anna. I'll be in a 4-door red 3/4 ton. It's stock, but I want to see what kind of numbers I get before any mods, so I'll be able to post what kind of # gains you can expect from any of the upgrades I do.
