Competition Lincoln County Spring Pull, Stanford Ky

Competition Sled pull May 8th in Washington

Here we go again. Round 3 in Bradenton, Fla. Saturday May 8th come one come all. Can Brad 3 peat in the Street Diesel class, can the Pro Street race get any tighter? Gates open at 10:00am with practice ($10) until 3:30. Then qualifying ($25), then eliminations. Buy backs are available at the tracks discretion ($10).

Bad day for us Dodge's. Street Diesel was won by a Ford, 2nd to a Ford and 3rd to a Ford. Maddog's old motor showed up in a 95 Ford 4 door 4wd 8' bed. He ran a 11. 91 (in practice) with no roll bar and did not make the track happy. He backed off some and ran a 12. 19 in qualifying and trashed his trany in the 2nd round of qualifying. ProStreet was won by a Duramax with a 12. 01 and a 12. 02 (no roll bar-standing on the brakes at the end) with a Dodge 2nd and 3rd. I gotta say that pair of black dodge dualies that finished 2nd and 3rd looked cool. Both were 03's and one had DOT slicks that stuck out of the dualie wheelwells and had to be 20" across.
