Competition DHRA/LACR results

First round of DHRA this season wrapped up @ LACR yesterday. It was a great event and everyone who attended had a lot of fun. The Dmax's took the prize in the brackets, but we can hold our heads high as the fast E. T. went to Tim the "Tommygun" Albiston in his 24v. He went 12. 64 @ 108 at this track. The track is at 2500 feet and doesn't have real good air, so there is more in it. Not to mention it spins all 4's for a good bit on stock rubber. He is still running a tired old hx 40 in this thing too that is on borrowed time. With a more charger and a little more massaging, this truck will dip in to the 11's without too much trouble. Should be a fun season. We need more Dodges out at these events, so if you are in the So Cal area, come on out next time. All the D max guys want to know where all the fast cummins trucks are that they always here about - Other than the "Tommygun", not much to show for. Go here for more talk on the event.

Hey John, your runs weren't so bad either. Anybody who has never seen Johns truck run, it is a sight. Not much like seeing an 8500 lb, crew cab, dually on 19. 5's run down the 1/4 in 14 seconds - IMPRESSIVE
