2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Diagram of rear brake lines and proportioning valve?

Can anyone tell me where I can get a diagram for my 99' 2500 rear brake lines, proportioning valve etc. There seems to be some confusion in replacing these. I have replaced all lines upfront with EGR stainless. The main rear line seems to be missing a connector. My dodge service manual does not have a diagram of this.
