Dick Cepek 6" lift

Hey y'all,
Is there anyone out there with a Dick Cepek stage III 6" lift for one of our trucks (4X4)? Any likes/ dislikes? What size of tire can you run?

BigUgly, I don't know about the Dick Cepek kit. I ordered a catalog from them back in March 1999 which I still haven't received. When I called them they told me this kit wasn't available for the Cummins Ram. I went with the Skyjacker 4. 5" Double-Flex system. This comes with adjustable heim joints on the front upper and lower trailing arms. The kit comes complete with the trailing arms, new front springs, dual front shocks, steering stabilizer, bump stops, dropped pitman arm, rear shocks, and new rear leaf springs. All the front hardware is red powdercoated, and the rear leaf springs are painted black. The kit uses the stock brake lines, and comes with brackets to relocate them. I opted to get the Nitro shocks with my kit. I'm running 36. 0"x14. 5"x16. 5" TSL Super Swamper radials on 9. 75"x16. 5" polished Weld Typhoon wheels. The tires are a little noisy on the street, but not too bad. My truck handles and drives way better than stock, and is very stable. Take a look at the Skyjacker products you won't be disappointed. I'm not too thrilled with Dick Cepek. Waiting 10 months for a catalog, I can just imagine what its like trying to order one of their products. I'm trying to get my catalog money from them since I never got their catalog. They seem to have a very smug attitude. Just my opinion. -Glen

I sent Dick Cepek an email today and hope to find out if the kit is for the cummins. I did look into the skyjacker and if cepek doesn't get back to me, i'll go with them.
