So the butterfly shaft/bushing is leaking exhaust and I call Banks and order a new shaft and the two bushings. Parts arrive and I measure the notch for the butterfly in the new shaft at 3". So I call Banks and ask them if they sent the wrong shaft for my 55219 4" exhaust brake to only be informed that the difference between the 55221 3" kit and the 55219 4" kit is the diameter of the down pipe!

I feel violated! 10 years of a 4" exhaust brake that is really a 3" exhaust brake!!!! Who would have ever guessed that Banks would do something like that? SNOKING

I went to Banks for installation of a performance kit. After testing the fuel system they determined that the lift pump was ready to die @ 16K. Gave me the results, didn't charge me a dime. Next week the lift pump went out.
This was for my 98.5.
I can't complain about Bank's treatment of me that day.

Gale Banks does some great marketing.Like all salesmen he may bend the truth a bit. That being said my 94 was on his dyno a few times. No Banks power adders though.
