Well I can say that I should have been doing them from day one now that I know how easy it is assuming the guy at the dealer does'nt put hells fury into the filter, and if he even knew where the zerks are because they took A lot of grease. I would say the oil filter was the hardest part. Even with the filter wrench on the bottom it took some beef to break it loose. After that it went smooth until I went to fill the oil and my funnel decided to burp all over the driver side of the motor. NICE! so my friend and I proceeded to wipe everything down under the truck, thank God for Scott towels. At least everything that got oil on it looks like new again. Oh just when I thought I was out of the woods I forgot to close the valve on the fuel filter cannister and proceeded to bump the starter and soon heard a water fall under my truck ( first time in four years I forgot about the lever being closed#@$%!). So I learned a few things and next time will go smoother. I just had one of those days where nothing went right.

"A bad day for science" is what I call those.

But bad days are when you learn the most important lessons.
