Diecast Model of Ram 2500 or 3500 w/CTD?

Anyone know where I can find a diecast model of a Ram 2500 or 3500 with a CTD? My son wants a truck for Christmas. Of course, I can't afford to buy him a "real" one, so was thinking about a model for him. If you can help, please e-mail me at -- email address removed --; I can't get on the TRD forum regularly.
