Hello, I have been thinking of replaceing my stock life pump with a FASS and a big fuel line kit. Anyone know of a vendor where I can get both of these?

Eric at Vulcan has the big line kits and FASS pumps. I'd also recomend getting the "Draw Straw", or "Super Sucker" as I like to call it. The internal plumbing of these fuel tanks are somewhat suprising. Line sizes of . 24 and smaller orifices really made me wonder what Dodge was thinking trying to feed a 5. 9L with that small line size on the tank pickups.

I'm not trying to slam anyone else, or a product they use, or provide. Just mentioning an alternative I havent seen mentioned yet. Check the GFS-392 unit in the link in my signatire. Give Rich a call - great guy will set you up quickly and be there for any questions.

Oh I just noticed this is you're first post - Welcome to the TDR.

Yeah, as Joe MC stated, check the alternatives out there... see which one suits your needs the best... just do a search on lift pump and you will have enough reading for a month...

There are at least 3 new lift pumps on the market that were not there even 6 months ago...

BTW, I have a FASS... have only had pressure issues (defective springs), other than that, 40k with no issues. If I had to do it again... probably go with a FASS...

The reason the FASS appeals to me is because of the extra filtration. Where would you guys mount it?

The typical FASS mount is under the bed, in front of the driver's rear tire.

Here is the FASS link, then look under installation at the top...

I'll point this out since you like the extra filtration... the FASS can filter down to 3 microns using the proper filters (HF6604)... the Airdog is reported to be able to filter down to 2 micron... and I believe the Glacier kit is also good down to 2 micron...

All of these "kits" are similar in design... might consider looking into these as well, unless you have your mind set on a FASS.

Can't find anything about the rasp on the website.

Just do a search here, there are a bunch of threads... either RASP or R. A. S. P.

One thread will surely have the link... I think DTT also offers a "RASP" kit.
