Winter tire pressure and truck bed weighting

Bosch High Pressure Common Rail System??

I was curious if there was a difference between #2 Fuel Oil and #2 Diesel??

Could diesel run in a fuel oil furnace?? It's cheaper, which is why I ask. Furnace can burn K1 or #2 fuel oil... not sure about diesel.

It is my understanding that #2 fuel oil and #2 diesel are basically the same. #2 diesel being cleaner for on-road use.

it all depends on where you are buying fuel. if quality fuel is purchased, there is no difference between #2 fuel oil, #2 on road fuel & #2 off road fuel other than color dye

Yeah the fuel oil is red. The reason I asked is because off road diesel is cheaper than fuel oil.

This is for the furnace in my Dad's garage. Normally use wood heat, but once in a while fire up the furance if we need to keep it warm and no one will be around for the day. Use maybe 40 gallons a winter.
