Diesel Dynamics, great customer service.

Recently I was having some problems with my truck developing a "miss" around 2200rpm on the highway. Basically the pedal would intermintanly dead.



After a lot of trial and error the only thing I could find was that my True Torque Power Module was going bad. Took it off and the truck ran normal.



Contacted Diesel Dynamics and explained and was advised to send it in. With in 1 1/2 weeks I had a brand new box on my door step, basically no questions asked! What a great company to work with.



Just wanted to pass along my positive experience with them, too often you hear of bad customer service out there.

Similar experience with Blue Chip! My box had received a power spike from the truck, which made the box see weird boost numbers at idle. I called Chip, next-day air freighted it, Denver to New Hampshire, and let it be for a week. Emailed Chip to ask about it and he had already sent it via UPS. No charge for fixing, no charge for return freight. Should be here on the 24th!



Only thing I regret is not getting the Redline program install!

P. S. -I diagnosed the problem with Chip over a year ago on the phone. I finally had the will to go back to stock and let him fix my box. Good thing I can ride my bike to work. It only took 10 minutes to disconnect the box, and I am sure I will have it back on in 5
