Good Times

Wouldn't miss it.

Should be some good Pullin and Racin this year.

The KOA is nice, you can watch the F-16's fly over in the evenings. :)

I'll be there. The truck (S10 w/ 24v) isn't completed, so I'll just be watching for now. Maybe next year. I talked to Dan tonight at the fairgrounds and he says it should be a great time.

Hope to meet Y'all there.

I'm running a Kingpin D60 (1979 F350) in the front on 80-96 ford 1 ton 4" lift leafs. It's all custom. I've got details & pics in the conversions forum.

I'm running a P-pump on my 24v.

Hello to all the TDR members I met today. . Can't remember everyone's name, but Hello again :)

It was kinda neat to put names with faces. . especially since people knew me as "That S10 guy" . .

Had a great time.

1st Gen puller

Gotta love watching that 92 W250 on Saturday smoke everyone with a full pull and win the heavier class. Didnt see too many first gens there Sat. but i was there with my silver rusty work horse. Had a great time. Bill

I was impressed by the 92 model as well. If you looked closely, it was actually a newer truck (not sure if 12 or 24 valve) with an older body on top. It was impressive though, as were all the pulls over both days. I was just happy to finish in the middle of the pack on Friday, I thought I would be closer to the end.

Awesome Time

Shieds was a blast. One of my buddies that went with has a '93 W250, he was extatic when the old '92 took the show... impressive pull! Was it a newer truck, with the older body??

The drags were also bad a**. We will be there next year for sure and will hopefully have our trucks set up enough to pull.

Watching the Unlimited class was just awesome! Although it didn't win, that Patriot Blue dually, with stacks and the wing on the roof was awesome, just the sound and smoke was an impressive show.

We plan to be at Muncie and Shieds next year. Any other events us Illinoisians should know about??
