12V CUmmins in an Airboat??

Low(er) sulfur bunker fuel for cruise ships

Was just able to access the first page, but what a load of crap!!!

"it costs more to make and distribute clean fuel"

"tough government standards require diesel to burn cleaner than gasoline, making it more efficient"

What, did the EPA and oil companies pay them to print that BS?

As in it costs so much more that justifies a 40 cent/gallon increase in two weeks when we have record inventories of crude on hand, and refineries operating at only 83% capacity?

Tough govt standards on emissions made it more efficient? HORSES###!!!! I work for Freightliner and I know what '04 and '07 emissions did to OTR rigs - fuel economy and maintenance time went down the tubes, and we only worked half the year in '07 because the orders flat-out dried up - nobody wanted any part of the new emissions crap until they just had to replace their older rigs. Even now, a year later, we're only working 4 days per week with two full shutdown weeks thrown in for the next two months - after that, who knows.

Sounds more like propaganda to get the "sheep" educated to paying thru the nose for fuel, and living with some appointed bureaucrat in the EPA telling them what type of vehicle they're supposed to buy.
