Diesel Fuel Prices June 9-16

So what are you guys paying for fuel these days? My station is $2. 13, the going rate is $2. 13-$2. 23 around here.



Please post what is TYPICAL or AVERAGE for your area. I am voting for $2. 09-$2. 20 since we're about $2. 18 average.

I get mine from the BP right down the road for 1. 599 a gal. But average around here is about 1. 85/gal

Prices peaked here at $1. 89 couple weeks ago at the Mobil station most expensive and most used. A couple of the smaller stations were still down around $1. 67 but the fuel smelled a little funky. I think it was still left in their tanks from when the price was lower and they just never raised there price.

Paid $1. 69 today. Has been hanging around the $1. 74-1. 86 here lately. Had been staying at $1. 75-1. 77 where I bought mine today. Finally starting to move down a little.

Price came down about $. 15 a couple of weeks ago to about $1. 95. Wow, I'm excited about paying only $1. 95 for #2 diesel. Go figure. I guess their scheme is working.

I'm buying it at a Mobil station right off the expressway. 1. 77 gallon, however, it can be as low as 1. 66 if you buy the fuel from the Indians. It's 1. 89 in Erie, PA, 48 miles from my house.



Wish it was 1. 52 here!

My station is $2. 099 with the average price at $2. 189



The Hi-Sellers are asking $2. 279 on every major intersection.

I pay $1. 659 at two different stations (Mobil and Sunoco). Price hasn't changed in at least a month.

right now im paying 1. 58- 1. 59 for my diesel local station at 1. 59 and the 1. 58 station on my way to work, im not complaining but when i bought my truck new in 2000 i was only paying . 99 per gallon. I get steamed every time i have to fill up even though im paying less than what regular gas is, I guess i won't be happy until it drops back to about 1. 10 to 1. 15 but i will not hold my breath or i will surely die a slow slow death ...

Northern NJ is $1. 70 in most places and some of the not used to much stations are at $1. 65.

Overall average in Kodiak, AK is 2. 25 (2. 24 at the military base and 2. 26 in town). Got as high as 2. 48 last week but now has dropped.

I keep watching that Shell Station on Rockville RD in Fairfield,CA.



I still think they are at 2. 59 a gallon, and they are less than 20 miles from the refinery
